About

Pocket Racers started as a group chat where three friends kept swapping screenshots of whatever we were playing on the bus. At some point we realised we were writing mini-reviews anyway, so we moved them onto a proper site. Nothing fancy — just people who like phone games talking about phone games.

We cover racing and arcade titles first because that's where our hearts are, but we happily wander into RPGs, strategy, and the odd puzzle when something grabs us. If a game is fun with one thumb on a train, we want to know about it.

Every game gets played for at least a few hours before it lands on the site. We check how it runs on older phones, whether the controls fight you, and if it respects your time. Then one of us writes it up in plain language.

We're not tied to any studio or store. The picks are ours, the opinions are ours, and if something disappoints us we say so.
